Each crew individual went to their task and worked all day. The experience level of the crew was high since thy have all worked for Wagner for 20+ years. I have to say that this firm does quality work without cutting corners and completed a very professional job. I am thoroughly thrilled by the quality of the install and the cleanup. All crew members were very professional and they all worked very hard to complete the roof in three days. Adolf Wagner has been in business since 1931 and the place is full of mostly locals with a smattering of tourists.
We inspected the window installation throughout the process and noted they kept the yard and house free of debris and were polite and respectful of being in our home. Wagner Home Improvement was fantastic! I met with Larry Wagner to get an estimate and discuss my options for new vinyl siding for my home.

When we need our roof done, we will use Wagner's. Service is quick, but not always with a smile.... It's cosy, because with the larger tables with wooden benches you probably share a table with other people. In our case we had a good conversation with a couple that arrived half way or dinner.

When you come in there is a corner like one of the snugs in an old Irish pub and the saying goes that "standing there are the people that are always standing there". Once you sit down it is hard to get up and leave. You feel good just sitting there for hours.
There were no surprises during the process, which in itself was a pleasant surprise. The installation process went very well. The crew worked at our house four days and arrived on time each day. They worked diligently and competently to complete the installation. We had several inches of snow and very cold weather during the installation but they worked as though the weather was of no consequence to them.
Randy provided an on-site quote that was followed by the formal agreement. He told us that the installation would be in about 30 business days from out acceptance which was correct. They secured the required permit from the City prior to work start. The first day, the crew of four started early and went right to work.
